Our angle head and multi-spindle head facility manufactures and services automatic tool change (ATC) driven tooling for milling, drilling and tapping and claims some of the largest installations worldwide. The use of automatic tool change driven tooling permits machining without repositioning the part to machine with the machine tool spindle. Various heads and rotary tools used in high precision parts production including:
- Right angle head, fixed angle head, universal angle head with ATC, automatic tool change capability
- Standard, special and custom angle head – double headed, double ended, small bore, extended reach (Double heads and double ended heads are useful for machining parts on tombstone fixtures, double ended heads can minimize orientation change time when machining parts spaced closely on a tombstone)
- Replacement rotary tools for milling, drilling, tapping, (mill, drill, tap) for BT, CAT, DIN, and HSK drive tapers
- Rotary coolant adapter

Our live tooling facility builds highly reliable milling, drilling and tapping rotary tooling for lathes. The bodies of our Live Tools are machined from solid steel and helps to minimize vibration and structural weakness. Various live tools are used in high precision parts production including:
